Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Qingyunti VPN ("the Service" or "we") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the App. The policy applies to the mobile acceleration services provided by Qingyunti VPN unless a different notice is required by law.

When you download, install, or launch the App, we may automatically collect basic technical data needed to operate the service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device OS version, in-app activity paths, session duration, and approximate region information. These data are used mainly to: 1. match you with more suitable routes based on node distribution; 2. analyze anonymized regional network trends so we can improve stability; 3. send important service updates, security notices, or account-related operational messages.

We only share limited aggregated or de-identified data with necessary third-party service providers for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except in the following circumstances, we do not sell or disclose personal information to third parties: 1. where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, or regulator request; 2. where needed to protect the safety, rights, or property of users, the platform, or the public; 3. where assistance is provided by contracted service partners bound by confidentiality obligations. If you want to stop new data collection, you may uninstall the App through your device's standard removal process.

User-submitted information is retained during the service term and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for account support, compliance, or dispute handling. If you want to close your account early and request deletion of personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group. If such collection is discovered, we will take steps to delete the information promptly. We also use layered physical, network, and access-control safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorized exposure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect legal requirements, service changes, or operational adjustments. Continued use of the Service after an updated version is published will be treated as acceptance of the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025. Questions or suggestions about privacy practices may be sent to [email protected].
